- No hidden fees or extra handling charges apply.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, based on the best option for your location.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- At this time, we only ship within the United States.
- We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Since cotton candy is sensitive to heat and humidity, we recommend promptly receiving your package upon delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos (if applicable).
- We will work with you to replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
At Sugar Cloud Cotton Candy, we take pride in delivering our products fresh and in perfect condition. While refunds are not common with perishable items, we understand that issues may occasionally arise.
Refunds for Damaged Shipments
If your order is damaged during shipping, we’ve got you covered. To be eligible for a refund:
- The damaged product must be returned to us.
- Once we receive the return, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
